In my opinion...

The GM gave his opinion about the Superbowl earlier today and I wanted to let the game sink in and hear all the talking heads and hear their opinions before I gave mine. I think its safe now for me to tell you I think it was a great game and there were so many things that impressed me.

As the GM said, no football game will ever be exciting from kickoff to final whistle. If that ever happens the final score will be 91-84 and incredibly outrageous!

I understand, it was 17-7 at halftime. Not much scoring but that's what was so great about it. You had the Steelers defense who had figured out how to stop Larry Fitzgerald. That was the big question. Could the Steelers stop Fitz. The first half proved they could. Oh and Arizona could have easily been ahead 14-10 at half and who would've predicted that.

I don't know how many of you know, but James Harrison was cut by the Steelers 3 times!

Now he has the longest play in Superbowl history. Dick Lebeau made an incredible call and James Harrison made an incredible play!

The second half speaks for itself.

If there were any questions about Larry Fitzgerald being the best Wide Receiver in football, they were answered Sunday night. Flat-out the best!

Kurt Warner is a hall of famer! He played incredibly well also. He made one bad read and fumbled on a big hit. Otherwise he was great!

Big Ben is great too! 21-30 and the way he kept some plays alive were incredible. That last throw was perfect. He hit the exact spot that he had to, to give Holmes a chance to make that catch.

That catch was the most amazing catch I have ever seen. I have seen some catches that took more skill but they were never to win the Superbowl. I don't think this makes Holmes great but that catch was!

My hat goes off to both teams. Arizona should be proud and the Steelers should be excited.

I can't wait for September so we can start this all over again!
